Brad Taft to Speak at American Bar Association Conference

Brad Taft, Managing Director of Taft Vocational Experts, is joining a panel with three attorneys to present Navigating the Wild World of Spousal Support at the ABA Family Law Section Fall 2025 Conference in Montréal, Canada on October 15, 2025. Taft will be joined by Nathan J. Olson, Esq., Cooper Ginsberg Gray, PLLC, of Fairfax, VA; Matthew P. Barach, Esq., Barach Law Group LLC, of Framingham, MA; and Kara M. Swasey, Esq., Bayard, P.A., of Wilmington, DE. They will discuss cutting edge strategies to effectively manage the ever-evolving landscape of spousal support and alimony.

Panel Presentation at the Arizona Bar Association 2025 Annual Convention

Brad Taft served on a panel to discuss Best Use of Experts at the Employment and Labor Law Section Seminar of the Arizona Bar Association’s Annual Convention in Phoenix, Arizona on June 25, 2025. He was joined by Stephanie Quincy, Esq., Greenberg Traurig LLP of Phoenix, and Thomas Roney, Thomas Roney LLC of Dallas, Texas to discuss the effective methodology of identifying and engaging Experts on a variety of issues in employment-related lawsuits.

Presentation at the American Board of Vocational Experts 2025 Annual Conference

Brad Taft discussed Overcoming Challenges in Conducting Vocational Evaluations in Divorce Cases at the American Board of Vocational Experts 2025 Annual Conference in Asheville, NC on March 15, 2025. His presentation included strategies for analyzing the employability and earning capacity of spouses with extended absence from the workforce and with non-traditional employment histories including independent contractors and entrepreneurs. This was a follow-up to Taft’s presentation on Determining Earning Capacity in the Changing Labor Market at ABVE’s 2024 Annual Conference in Memphis, Tennessee on March 8, 2024.
